On Alpe Cimbra we suggest you the climb to Mount Cornetto, a marked trail from where you can enjoy a spectacular view, leading you to the heart of Alpe Cimbra.
Starting point is the village Carbonare (1076 m asl) after 4,5 km you will reach quota 2019 m asl. You will feel like skiing on clouds.
This skiing/mountaineering discipline is practiced in the mountains during snowfall winter. With the use of special skis and skins, it is possible to move both uphill and downhill on immaculate snow, outside the usual marked slopes.
