A veritable balcony full of flowers overlooking Lake Caldonazzo, this town on the edge of the Plateau and on the southern face of Mount Bosentino is located at 688 m a.s.l.
Together with Migazzone, a hamlet in its territory, Bosentino still has the look of an antique village. Its houses bedecked with stone portals and balconies have the typical architecture of rural Trentino.
In 1939, it was annexed by the town of Vigolo Vattaro, but in 1947 regained its independence until 2016, when it merged into the town of Altopiano della Vigolana.
