03.01.2019 - MTB OR E-BIKE?
You choose, but take your time to reach and touch the sky. If you are not so trained, don’t worry: here, in Alpe Cimbra you can rent brand new power-assisted mountain bikes and allow yourself to embark long tours of over 50 km.
If you love adrenaline-pumping descents, your choice should be the Downhill bike park in Lavarone or if your passion are the single trails, then venture into the enduro and all mountain routes. Obviously, if you don’t like going up, use the chairlifts!
A TIP: LET OUR MOUNTAIN GUIDES ACCOMPANY YOU…YOU WILL HAVE A LOT OF FUN!
MYTH UPHILLS
A wide network of ups and downs that branch off from the Alp to the nearby Garda Lake, the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, and Asiago, creating tours that are more or less challenging depending on the differences in level that characterize them. For those who love challenges, the Myth uphills are a must: the Menador road – also known as the road of Kaiserjägerweg – with its 10 km and an average gradient of 9.1%, and the Calliano-Passo uphill with a difference in height of about 1400 m. The climb to Passo Coe was a memorable leg of the Giro d’Italia in 2002: the last 5 km with an average gradient of 7.5% let two riders emerge: Pavel Tonkov (leg winner) and Paolo Savoldelli who won the pink jersey. The terrible ramps of Folgaria destroyed Cadel Evans’ ambitions, and so did Dario Frigo.
