Programme:
- 4:30 p.m. - Inauguration of the photo exhibition ‘The Rosspach valley and its vineyard landscape’ by Germano Carpentari
- 5 p.m. - headquarters of the Pro Loco di Mezzomonte
- Institutional greetings
- Scientific talk ‘Meteorology and climatology in the mountain environment: new opportunities?’ Speaker: Sebastiano Carpentari PhD student in meteorology at the University of Trento.
- 18.00 - presentation and guided tasting of Salter anno 0, wine from the Rosspach Valley.
- Followed by a gastronomic symposium with the support and collaboration of the Pro Loco di Mezzomonte and Pizzeria Rosspach.
