Upon reaching the alpine pasture, we enjoy the mountain landscape that surrounds us, illuminated by the colors of the early morning light.
The morning twilight soon gives way to the sunrise above the horizon: it's time to gather the livestock, milk the cows, and witness the cheese-making process.
