On August 27th, starting from 5:00 PM, the center of Folgaria turns into a journey of flavors, aromas, and irresistible atmospheres with the great Street Food Event!
Get ready for an evening filled with taste, joy, and tradition! The streets of the town will come alive with enticing scents and vibrant colors as local restaurants and taverns bring the best of Trentino’s cuisine to the streets—reimagined in a delicious street food version that’s fun, original, and full of flavor.
Stroll through the stalls and food stands and enjoy specialties like canederli (bread dumplings), tortel di patate (potato cakes), carne salada (salt-cured beef), orzetto trentino (barley soup), local cheeses, and traditional desserts like strudel—all freshly prepared and perfect to enjoy with friends, laughter, and good company.
