A Path of Environmental Sustainability

The Alpe Cimbra Tourism Board (ApT), together with the Rovereto, Valsugana, and Trento Tourism Boards, is part of the ATA Città Laghi Altipiani and has embarked on a journey to enhance tourism sustainability by adhering to the principles of sustainable tourism defined by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).
More information is available at www.gstcouncil.org.

Through this project, the destination aims to achieve ambitious goals to improve the organization of the tourism sector from various perspectives: environmental, cultural, social, and economic.
Achieving these objectives is inseparable from the involvement of all stakeholders: public entities, industry representatives from the private sector, associations, and the local community.

Alpe Cimbra and Sustainability

Alpe Cimbra has always been committed to sustainability policies, which is why it has chosen to participate in the "Perle Alpine" project. Tourists who choose our destination wish to learn about the traditions of local communities and discover the true essence of the mountain.

Alpe Cimbra is dedicated to fully embracing the definition of sustainability: "Meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." Our mission is to make tourists understand that only by respecting nature, traditions, and balanced economic development can our destination truly be sustainable.
