The Arte dell'Orto restaurant is aimed at sustainable, zero kilometer and meat-free cuisine. All products are carefully chosen and prepared in house. The aim is to give our guests a different experience, with carefully prepared special dishes. This restaurant with an a la carte menu is open in summer by reservation only, also for external guests.
The art of the garden is an experience. You will be able to taste very particular dishes, without meat, carefully selected and prepared by Greta. The products are 0 km, in support of all local activities, everything is prepared at home. The dishes are paired with high-profile wines, produced by excellent small Trentino wineries, which will allow you to spend unique moments inside the Art Lab of Gloria Rech, Greta's sister, whose works scattered all around will accompany you during the tasting of each dish. The scent of the canvases and the colors create a particular, unique atmosphere. Open only in summer.
